As a family-owned and operated pool construction company, your backyard is designed and built by the experts themselves. After contacting us, owner Jeremy McKinney will personally meet with you during your at-home consultation to help get started building the pool of your dreams.

What Can I Expect?

During the at-home visit, we’re looking to get a better understanding of a number of factors – from the layout of your backyard to what you’re looking to incorporate to where the pool is going to go. We do ask that you provide a copy of your land survey confirming the amount of backyard space we have to work with. Whether you want to keep your backyard design classic or ornate, we’re dedicated to making sure we remain within your budget.

Since your outdoor living space is an extension of your home, we also want to ensure we capture the same style and colors, creating a seamless shift from the indoors out. And since your pool is completely custom, we’ll work closely with you to determine what specific features you want to be included such as a custom spa or rushing water features and fountains, as well as any additional outdoor living features.

Design Process

Once we’ve determined everything you want to be included in your custom pool, it’s time to put it together in a 3D rendering. We’ll send you this rendering along with an itemized pool pricing breakdown so you are able to see and understand how much every part of the pool will cost. We’ll then set up a time for you to visit our state-of-the-art show pool, which is located on our private property, so you can experience our work firsthand, as well as make any final changes necessary to your design.

This meeting is a great opportunity to look through our portfolio to see other finished projects, as well as meet with our tile vendors to pick out your travertine coping, tile, and plaster in one sitting. Once the design process is complete, it’s time to begin construction.
