Personalized and Ongoing Service

When you work with McKinney Custom Pools, you’re guaranteed to receive the hands-on, all-star service that you deserve. From your in-home consultation to your pool start-up, your project will benefit from the full attention, experience, and expertise of our owner, Jeremy McKinney. He’ll work closely with you during the design process to create a pool that captures your vision, and will personally oversee every phase of the pool construction process on-site to ensure that your pool is completed to the high standards our customers expect, but our service does not end with the pool build. Jeremy will start up your pool himself, ensuring that the system is running as it should and the pool water is clean and chemically balanced. At this point, we offer a complimentary Pool School, during which Jeremy personally walks you through the operation and care of your new pool. We also offer pool maintenance services through our sister company, Aqua Clear Pool Services, and are happy to design a pool care package that fits your needs should you prefer not to handle the maintenance yourself.
